An Advisor is one of the many Irken jobs.

As the position implies, is the Advisors' job to give advice or to give information to the Almighty Tallest. The only advisor seen in the series is Rarl Kove. It is a position similar to a presidential or royal position in real life.
One of the most notable facts about Advisors is that they have their PAKs on their chests, while other Irkens have them on their backs. This may imply that some smeets are assigned to be Advisors at birth, when the PAK is first attached to the torso, though it possibly could be removed and replaced in under ten minutes.
