Aimy is a background character who appears in several episodes.
Appearance[]
Aimy is a teenage girl with pale red hair tied in buns. She has six ear piercings, with three on each side, and a nose piercing. She also has pale blue eyes.
She wears a purple dress with grey sleeves that has a magenta arrow emblem that points upwards, underneath of which is a pale green and orange striped long-sleeved shirt. She also wears pants with the same colored stripes and wears brown boots.
She carries around a blue backpack that bears a resemblance that of a squirrel with dead eyes.
Role in Invader Zim[]
She first appears in "Attack of the Saucer Morons", where she is seen dancing with GIR along with other people at a dance club. She and her friends (Tiri and Rika) later drop him off by Zim's house and wave goodbye before driving off. She and her friends are briefly seen again with the The Children of the Bright and Shining Saucer aka. "Saucer Morons".
Seen again in "Walk for Your Lives", when the giant ball of explosion is slowly growing, making people walk away from it instead of running, Aimy is seen walking away from the explosion.
In "Megadoomer", Aimy is shown happily waiting for the stop light to turn green while Zim shouts at her to move. As the stop light goes green, she drives away.
In "Dib's Wonderful Life Of Doom", she is seen among the crowd cheering for Dib for defeating the Irken Empire while hugging an Irken snack back, jumping gleefully.
In "Mortos der Soulstealer", she is working in two different carnival stands, a Sludgee stand and a toy stand.
In "The Girl Who Cried Gnome", she is seen among the crowd when Moofy gets her foot stuck in Zim's backyard.
In "Gaz, Taster of Pork", she is sitting with Carbon at MacMeaties while Dib talks with a hobo. She is later seen walking by Bloaty's Pizza Hog.
Facts of Doom[]
- Her name along with other background characters are revealed in the "stock adult line up" section page in The Art of Invader Zim.
- Her name sounds like “Amy”, which may be a variation of the name or a different way to spell her name.
- Her name was used for Rika before the art book was even released.
- It’s plausible that she is friends with GIR as she alongside Rika and Tiri were seen giving him a ride back to Zim’s Base and they were seen warmly waving goodbye at him. As she is part of The Children of the Bright and Shining Saucer, she already knows that Zim is an alien but it’s possible that because of the series’s loose continuity, she forgot or just as likely is unaware that Zim has other disguises as she only saw him on his “old man disguise” and couldn’t be able to know he’s an alien if she came across him in his “skoolboy disguise”.
