A Crazy Collar is a human device that was seen only once in the episode "Halloween Spectacular of Spooky Doom".
Description[]
The primary use of a Crazy Collar is to alert the Crazy House for Boys that there is a new patient to pick up, and then to track the location of the 'crazy' child, much like a GPS. When Zita used a Crazy Card to send Dib to the Crazy House For Boys, a collar was placed on him. Then a SWAT-type team came into the room, apprehended him, and then loaded him into their van.
The collar itself seems to be extremely tight and difficult to remove. In the episode, the Halloweenies used it to find Dib, since the flashing red lights gave it away.
