This is one of the Unfinished Episodes.
Zim orders GIR to do some yard cleaning and GIR is hit buy a truck while actually doing some work. This causes a comotion and attracts the unwanted attention of some scientists, who come to take GIR to their lab. They attempt to clone him, but several doughnut crumbs get mixed into GIR's DNA, making a big half-dog-half-doughnut monster.
