The Irken-Planet Jacker Treaty is a document signed at an unknown point in Irken History by the Irkens and the Planet Jackers, revealing that while the Irkens are an imperialistic race they still conduct occasional diplomacy with other species from time to time.
Mentioned only in the episode "Planet Jackers", one of the treaty's terms is that the Planet Jackers can not throw a planet marked for conquest by the Irken Military into their sun. Zim reminds the Planet Jackers Nik and Oog-Ah of this after they jack Earth and the Moon. However, since Earth isn't marked as Zim isn't really an Irken Invader, Earth is open for the Planet Jackers to throw into their sun, despite his protests.
According to Almighty Tallest Red's voice actor Wally Wingert, the treaty was organized by the Almighty Tallest, but he did not indicate which one initiated it. However, it's more than likely that Tallest Red did so, as he is the smartest of the two.
- In real life, throwing a planet into a star is like pouring alcohol into a campfire. It makes the fire burn bigger for a short period of time, but it makes the lifespan of the fire itself shorter, so realistically and ironically, the Planet Jackers would doom their homeworld by doing their job unless they constantly throw planets into their sun to keep it from going out.
- It's never explained why the Planet Jackers don't just re-locate their homeworld to a more hospitable sun, though a possible explanation is because they like to see "critters burn good."
- The Planet Jackers are one of the two species in the show who have moved the Earth, the other was Zim, an Irken, though they both used different methods to do so as the Planet Jackers used their advanced technology while Zim used a combination of the Membracelets and Minimoose to do so which also caused the creation of s Florpus Hole.
