Judgementia is one of the many planets conquered by the Irken Empire. Here, Irkens are put under an "Existence Evaluation" to determine if they are a "Defective" or not. If they are determined by the Control Brains to be defective, they are wiped from all Irken memory, and if not, they are free to go.

Zim was beaten and taken to Judgementia in the cancelled episode "The Trial", where his memories were shown on a projection screen. Such memories included an Infinite Energy Absorbing Blob devouring Almighty Tallest Miyuki, and later, Almighty Tallest Spork. All this seemed to be leading to Zim being declared Defective, however Zim eventually drove the Control Brains crazy when they tried to erase his PAK, and he was instead mistakenly declared the "Most Incredible Irken Ever", consequently given ten minutes of piloting the Massive.

Typically, Existence Evaluations are remote and have very few witnesses, save for the Irken in question, and the Control Brains. Zim's Evaluation was unique, as massive crowds turned up, and even the Almighty Tallest attended, all in the hopes that they would rid the Irken Empire from Zim's shenanigans once and for all. Interestingly but maybe not surprising, the Tallest called Zim's trial a "formality".

Certain trials, such as Zim's, are held in the "Spike of Judgement"; an imposing structure built on the planet's surface. Judgementia is one of the many planets the Irken Empire conquered and converted into a place for accomplishing a single arbitrary task.

In the movie Invader Zim: Enter the Florpus, Zim has a daydream of what could happen to him if he fails to carry out "Phase 2" of his plan to conquer Earth in which he is facing trial in what is presumably the Spike of Judgement for his failure. As a result, the Tallest revoke his Invader rank and the Control Brains re-encode his PAK to nothing, to live the rest of his life in disgrace, only to be eaten by a huge alien monster seconds later.
