Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor, voice actor, and singer who has played a multitude of characters in animated series and video games.
He is known for his distinctively deep voice and has played mostly villainous characters since the 1990s. He has made numerous voice-over appearances on Family Guy, American Dad and The Cleveland Show. He was nominated for two Daytime Emmy Awards for voicing the Joker in The Batman (2004–2008).
He voiced multiple characters on Invader Zim, including Throbulator, Bob, Smikka Smikka Smoodoo, and Hummelflesh, Destroyer of Worlds.
