The Membracelets are an invention of Professor Membrane that appear in Invader Zim: Enter the Florpus.
Summary
In celebration of Peace Day, Professor Membrane creates the Membracelets, bracelet devices which harness the power generated by children to use as a power source. He intends on having children wearing them form a human chain around the world as a demonstration of what they're capable of. However, Zim hijacks Membrane's demonstration, kidnapping the Professor and replacing the Membracelets with versions modified with alien technology.
