Mooshy and Spoopty.
Mooshy and Spoopty were two Plookesians that made their way to Earth after they picked up what they thought was a Plookesian distress signal, but in actuality was a ruse made by Dib and Mr. Dwicky in order to trick Zim with the promise of super weapons in exchange for his help, the plan being to get video evidence to expose Zim once and for all.
To the surprise of everyone, a Plookesian ship lands on the woods outside of the city. Mooshy and Spoopty didn’t see any other Plookesians and simply believed the signal they received was a mix-up and were just about to leave until Dib blocked their path, explaining he was the one who sent the signal in order to trick Zim, to which they responded with indifference saying it’s “none of their business.”
Zim humorously makes it their business by demanding the super weapons from them even though Mooshy and Spoopty didn’t promise the Irken any. Nevertheless, they gave him several super weapons they had laying around their ship simply to be nice, and they also took Mr. Dwicky with them after Mooshy asked if he wanted a ride, which he ecstatically accepted, while Spoopty dropped the weaponry in front of Zim, something that made the Invader very happy and thanks them before they flew back to the stars.
Mooshy and Spoopty seem to be very easygoing and polite, even when Zim demanded "super-weapons" from them. They display a happy-go-lucky attitude, and laugh at the most ridiculous of things as Spoopty said to him and Mooshy that Zim, Dib and Mr. Dwicky are the aliens then they proceed to laugh thinking that comment was “never NOT funny.”
Mooshy however has a mildly sarcastic sense of humor as he sardonically informs Mr. Dwicky in a literal sense that "flying through the stars would be pretty stupid, man! But, yeah, we fly around."
Mooshy and Spoopty made their only appearance in “Vindicated!”
Facts of Doom[]
- Mooshy and Spoopty seem to be Plookesians whose jobs are to rescue stranded Plookesian on other worlds. This is hinted at by the fact that Mooshy said they “came to check it out” and were confused when they didn’t see any other Plookesian when they landed on Earth.
- Mooshy seems to be the leader of the duo as Spoopty called him boss, suggesting the green Plookesian has a higher rank.
- Just like Eric the Blob and the Martians, Mooshy and Spoopty seem to be among the less hostile aliens seen in the series and are in fact quite friendly, as they gave Zim some super weapons and invited Mr. Dwicky to travel with them.
