NASAPlace is a parody of NASA, National Aeronautics and Space Administration or the National Aeronautics and Space Agency Place. It was featured in the episode "Battle of the Planets" and was also mentioned in "Germs".
Dib apparently has visited this location many times, as the director is annoyed by his insane ravings about the end of the world. The guards at the front gates also know about Dib and disregard him as well
It was revealed in "Battle of the Planets" that Agent Darkbootie works there as a janitor, when he helps Dib fly into outer space to confront Zim, who was flying Mars towards Earth, by use of a rocket that was once used to shoot monkeys into space.
NASAPlace in Issue 45.
In Issue 45, it's revealed that NASAPlace has gone defunct from lack of funding since the time of the show. Zim, GIR, and Li'l Meat Man visit the shut down facility as part of their road trip.
