Nick Pals: Can I Keep 'Em? is a Nick Arcade game that features GIR as one of the Nick Pals. It was released on Nick Jr. Arcade. The premise of the game involves you taking care of pets from popular Nick shows at the time.
The Pals are Gary the Snail and Mystery the Seahorse from Spongebob Squarepants, Appa and Momo from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Señor Chapi from El Tigre, Goddard from Jimmy Neutron, GIR, and a secret character (Log from Ren & Stimpy).
The game involves you feeding, petting, playing, and buying new furniture for the pets, and to unlock new pets you need to get metals. The minigames for taking care of the pets include playing catch with your pet, and an obstacle course. You can download the game on https://archive.org/ .
