The Nightmare White Coats are Nightmare versions of the real White Coats, Buck and Chuck, who both work for the Crazy House for Boys in The City on the real Earth. They were voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson and Rosearik Rikki Simons.

Nightmare Buck and Chuck are big, brutish creatures in gray armor that matches their skin. The shoulder pads of the armor each bear a printed face with sharp teeth; These faces are actually living organisms of their own, and are capable of acting independently from the white coats themselves.
Dib vanished back to the real world after the Nightmare White Coats prepared to take him to Nightmare Bitters. When they discovered that he was gone, the Nightmare Whitecoats went to tell Nightmare Bitters what had happened; they presumably got sent to the Realm of Eternal Screaming and Restlessness as a result, pr they could have informed the Halloweenies of his return and escaped.
