"Get 'im!"
Officer Prambly is the chief of the Earth police force, and is best identified by his squinty eyes, square jaw and large, white, handlebar mustache. He was voiced by S. Scott Bullock.
He rarely appears without ordering his men to apprehend a fugitive from the law; every time, he uses the line "Get 'im!", which has become something of a running gag.
He has a speaking role in two Invader Zim episodes: "Walk of Doom" and "Invasion of the Idiot Dog Brain", and had four lines total.
