Phillip "Phil" LaMarr is an American-born actor known for his extensive work in voice acting for cartoons. He was also among the original cast members for the sketch comedy series MADtv.
He is best known as the voice of Hermes Conrad from Futurama, Ollie Williams from Family Guy, Marvin from Pulp Fiction, the title character of Samurai Jack, Dracula from The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, Wilt from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Jam-Jam James from Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!, and both John Stewart/Green Lantern and Virgil Hawkins/Static in the DC Animated Universe.
He is also known for playing George Hawk in Nickelodeon's Big Time Rush TV series, appearing in 3 episodes of Season 1 (Big Time Sparks and Big Time Concert) (double episode) Returning in Season 2 with an episode (Big Time Super Heroes).
His most notable role in Invader Zim is as the voice of Poop Dawg, the Gangsta Clown. Beyond that, he also voices The Letter "M" in the series.
