Prisoner 777's kids are comic exclusive characters. As noted by the title, they are the children of Vortian Prisoner Number 777.
Their first, and so far only, appearance was in Issue 1 of the comic series, where it was revealed that Zim is keeping them prisoner, threatening to erase them from existence if their father doesn't do whatever Zim asks. He uses this threat to get Prisoner 777 to tell him what he knows of the Gargantis Array, after the Vortian initially claims to know nothing.
Despite this being their only actual appearance, they are later mentioned by their father in Issue 34, when he mentions how Zim is holding them prisoner after Zim tries to claim that he and Prisoner 777 are friends.
