Rarl Kove is an advisor to the two Irken leaders, Almighty Tallest Red and Purple.
Appearance[]
Rarl has green eyes, and wears a purple long-sleeved robe with large cuffs and a collar.
He appears to have his PAK on his chest with only two spots, while all other Irkens have their PAK on their back with three spots.
Role in Invader Zim[]

He made his only appearance in episode "Battle of the Planets", and had only one line. It's uncertain what he said, as he was whispering to the Almighty Tallest at the time (however, it sounded like, "It is Invader Skoodge, sir.").
He is the only Advisor to appear in the series. Unlike most Irkens, he doesn't wear gloves. His name is an obvious reference to Karl Rove, former Senior Advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff to former President George W. Bush.
Along with President Man, this is the second character in the series to reference George Bush. Rarl Kove is of above average height for an Irken, and is one of the few Irkens to have green eyes.
