The Realm of Eternal Screaming and Restlessness is a fiery and tormentous realm located in the Nightmare Realm, both of which only exist in Dib's mind. The realm only appeared in the episode "Halloween Spectacular of Spooky Doom".
This place was where Nightmare Bitters, the ruler of the Nightmare Realm, sent her Halloweenies henchmen if they failed her in their missions. Apparently, to access this realm, it's necessary to have a ticket, which Nightmare Bitters gives to Halloweenies she condemns. A door connected to the realm is located in the Nightmare Skool.
Other than hellish fire, what exactly this realm contains is unknown. Presumably, this is the realm the Halloweenies go when they die or to suffer for their failures. When Dib and his archenemy Zim were trapped inside the Nightmare Realm, Nightmare Bitters sent two of her henchmen there: first, she sent Hummelflesh, Destroyer of Worlds when he mistook Zim for Dib and brought him to her; later, she sent Yolk after he returned without Dib and explained that Dib hit him with a can and that Zim wasn't his friend. In both instances, Hummelflesh and Yolk brought their tickets and bags to the realm with a fedora on their heads, saying goodbye to their comrades before the door to the realm was closed forever with a resounding thud.

- Due to the flames, it's possible this is the Nightmare Realm's representation of Hell.
- That the portal is located in the school and individuals are banished by Nightmare Bitters may also make it Dib's interpretation of the underground classrooms.
