Name Sara

Gender Female
First Appearance The Nightmare Begins
Voice Actor(s) Janice Kawaye

Sara is a student in Ms. Bitters' class.

Character[]

Sara is, in most respects, a very typical example of your average skoolchild. That is to say, she is rude, judgmental, and overall unintelligent. She has long blue hair, large green eyes, a thin unibrow, and dark circles under her eyes.

History[]

In "The Nightmare Begins", Sara can be seen picking her nose when Zim is being introduced to the class.

In "A Room with a Moose", Sara said that Dib was a weirdo when he screamed in terror as they were launched into space.

In "Bolognius Maximus", she was one of many who couldn't stand the stink of bologna on Dib.

In “Tak: The Hideous New Girl”, Sara rudely mocked Tak and Zim when Tak announced that she had prepared a Valentines Day poem for Zim. Sara was then angrily berated by Tak (possibly as revenge for her being mocked earlier), then hypnotized by her to apologize to Zim and eat an eraser.

Sara's Season 2 redesign.

Sara's new appearance in the second season.

Presumably, Sara has an aversion to astronomical science, because she cried when Ms. Bitters told her that she was going to be an astronaut in "Career Day". However, her reaction could simply be because she was told she would become one instead of the veterinarian she wanted to be.

In Invader Zim: Enter the Florpus, Sara makes a silent cameo when Dib orders all the children in the world to use their Membracelets and hold their hands to save the Earth from getting sucked into the Florpus Hole. Despite disliking Dib, Sara follows the command, possibly demonstrating that she knows that sometimes Dib is right.

Facts of Doom[]

  • She was voiced by Japanese-American actress Janice Kawaye, who provided the voice of Jenny "XJ9" Wakeman of My Life as a Teenage Robot, another Nicktoon.
    • However, Janice does not reprise her role for Enter the Florpus, possibly due to scheduling conflicts.
  • Rob may be a friend of Sara's, as they are shown to agree that the field trip in "A Room with a Moose" was almost as stupid as Dib.
