The Principal among his council.

The Skool Principal is the current principal of the Skool. He was first heard speaking on the phone to Ms. Bitters in the episode "Tak: The Hideous New Girl", where he made some Inaudible noises to an outraged Bitters and presumably was also the one to call her about Tak’s arrival to her class.

He made a brief but significant appearance in the episode "The Voting of the Doomed", along with the cloaked Skool council, but only as a silhouette. He brainwashed Willy to make it so that he would not complain about the terrible conditions of the Skool (namely, the dirty bathrooms).

In spite of his villainous appearance and motives, the Skool Principal does seem to have a softer side, as in "Tak: The Hideous New Girl" he allowed the Skoolchildren to celebrate Valentine's Day, against Ms. Bitters' wishes, and in "Hamstergeddon" he allowed the “reduction of misery” among skoolchildren by giving each class a pet such as Peepi.

Facts of Doom

• The principal has a pet beaver who appeared with him in "The Voting of the Doomed".
  • This is a homage to the stereotypical "Evil Mastermind" (started by the James Bond film franchise), who usually carries around a Persian cat. The beaver also appeared to be petting something itself, although what it’s supposed to be is unclear.
• The Skool Principal might be a reference to Father, the main villain of the Codename: Kids Next Door franchise, due to the fact that they both only appeared in a silhouette suit and have a sinister agenda against children.
  • Case and point, Father brainwashed the missing Sector Z members and turned them into the Delightful Children From Down the Lane and the Skool Principal brainwashes any skoolchild that becomes the student body president into an obedient puppet.
• Despite Zim's many shenanigans in Skool, he was never sent to the Principal’s office until he lost his campaign for Student Body President in “The Voting of the Doomed” unlike Dib who most likely has been sent to the Principal’s office numerous times.
• Miss Bitters seems to have a hateful attitude towards the Skool Principal (which isn’t surprising) and vowed to get revenge on him for allowing the skoolchildren to celebrate Valentine’s Day despite her “moral outrage”, though whether she actually did anything in retaliation is unknown.
• In his single appearance, he was voiced by Jim Wise.
