Torque after eating Super Toast
Super Toast is one of many inventions created by Professor Membrane.
In "The Nightmare Begins", the Professor is introduced experimenting on a piece of toast when Dib runs in to try and tell him about the alien transmissions he's intercepted. While this was most likely just meant as a random gag, it would later be shown in "Future Dib" that the Professor did in fact create a new kind of toast. Notably, this is the invention that is specifically singled out when the Professor is being introduced as "the man without whom this world falls into chaos".
While the skoolchildren are watching the announcement of the Professor's new Perpetual Energy Generator, Torque Smackey is shown eating a slice of Super Toast. After one bite, it has an immediate and massive steroid-like effect on him, causing his head and arms to swell up, with his veins becoming extremely prominent.
