Willy made his first appearance in Bolognius Maximus when Dib said, "But Willy was the last one to use
[the toilet]", but played a larger role in The Voting of the Doomed.

Zim's opponent in the Skool Election when the last Student President has a breakdown, and is supported by Dib. With limited intelligence, he relied on Dib's help to win the election, until his mindless confidence and enthusiasm took over. He won, and was brainwashed to act intelligent, speak with a British accent, and praise the Skool constantly.
He wears a light green,
undersized shirt with a cat on it, and usually has
his tongue sticking out of his mouth, causing him to slur his speech often. Willy has one song named after him in Kevin Manthei's Zimphony called "Willy's Rise to Power".
